As a Product Manager, you will be at the forefront of client
engagements and product development, ensuring that every solution we create meets and exceeds client expectations.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Discovery and Engagement
Partner with the Sales team to join client discovery calls, gaining deep insights into prospects requirements and understanding their project vision.
Serve as a trusted advisor to potential clients, asking probing questions to accurately assess needs and objectives.
Project Proposal Development
Collaborate closely with Designers to shape project concepts, outline key features, and develop a comprehensive vision of the project.
Draft compelling proposals that articulate the project scope, anticipated outcomes, and key deliverables, setting clear expectations for prospects.
Project Scope Management
Once a prospect transitions to a client, lead project scope management efforts, ensuring that the project stays aligned with agreed-upon deliverables.
Act as a bridge between clients and the internal team, balancing client requests with project feasibility.
Effective Client Communication
Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, fostering strong relationships and ensuring clear, consistent communication.
Proactively address client inquiries and concerns, maintaining transparency and trust while managing expectations.
REQUIREMENTS
4-5 years of experience in product management, project management, or client-facing roles within a software development or technology-focused environment.
Strong understanding of software development processes, design principles, and client communication best practices.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strongclient relationships and manage cross-functional teams.
Ability to create detailed, compelling proposals that translate client needs into actionable project plans.
Highly organized, with a track record of managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
