RESPONSIBILITIES

Team Leadership:
  • Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing team of sales engineers.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to team members to achieve quota of every individual and yourself
  • Set performance expectations and goals.
  • Evaluate team performance and provide feedback, define performance action plans
Technical Expertise:
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the company products and services.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and technologies.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to sales teams.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations
Team Support
  • Collaborate with sales teams, VP of Sales for the region and Customer Success to identify customer needs and opportunities.
  • Develop technical proposals and presentations.
  • Conduct technical assessments and evaluations.
  • Provide technical support during the sales cycle.
  • Achieve Quota and define concrete action plans

REQUIREMENTS

Technical Skills
Deep understanding of BI/Analytics Solutions: A comprehensive knowledge of a BI platform ETL or Database system used in Analytics / BI, including its architecture, components, and capabilities, as well as emerging AI technologies and cloud principles.

Cloud technologies:
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and their services.

AI Technologies:
Profound understanding of AI technologies as LLM, ChatGPT

Management Skills including:

  • Team management: Ability to lead and motivate a team of solution engineers.
  • Project management: Skill in planning, organizing, and executing complex BI projects.
  • Problem-solving: The ability to identify and resolve technical and business challenges.
  • Communication: Effective communication skills (fluency in English) to interact with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Customer focus: A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
Business Acumen
  • Strong Business understanding: Ability to understand clients business / industry needs (MEDDPICC application) and translate them into technical solutions
  • Solution selling: The ability to articulate the value of The company solutions to clients.
