ERP Project Manager (NetSuite)

We are seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager who will report directly to the Group Technology and Information Security Director. This role is crucial for the successful enablement and delivery of ERP projects, focusing on managing resources, timelines, budgets, scope, and quality. The ideal candidate will contribute to our enterprise-wide IT strategy and ensure alignment with business goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead and manage all aspects of NetSuite ERP implementation projects, ensuring adherence to project scope, timelines, budget, and quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk assessments.
  • Manage project stakeholders, including internal teams, clients, and third-party vendors.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among all project participants.
  • Conduct regular project status meetings and provide clear updates to stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues effectively.
  • Manage change processes and collaborate with subject matter leaders for corrective actions.
  • Ensure successful delivery of NetSuite solutions, including configuration, data migration, training, and go-live support.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and methodologies.
  • Work with business teams during project envisioning, assembling the best team for project execution, and providing accurate project estimates.


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager, with at least 2 successful NetSuite ERP implementations.
  • Strong understanding of NetSuite functionality, including financials, inventory, order management, and CRM.
  • Experience with data migration and integration processes.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • PMP certification is a plus.


GOOD TO HAVE:

  • Experience with other financial systems such as SAP and Oracle.
  • Background in workflow and automation processes.
  • Familiarity with specific industries, particularly Healthcare.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
