RESPONSIBILITIES

The role involves developing, managing, and executing strategic sales plans aimed at consistently achieving revenue targets on both a quarterly and annual basis, utilizing a proven solution-selling approach.
  • Identify, qualify, and close new business within assigned target accounts by highlighting the compelling return on investment offered by the solution..
  • Manage multiple sales cycles concurrently, ensuring effective progression and timely closure.
  • Articulate the value of the solution to VP and C-level executives, aligning it with the prospects strategic objectives.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, referenceable relationships with existing clients.
  • Accurately qualify, forecast, and track deals to ensure consistent and reliable sales performance.
REQUIREMENTS
  • At least 10 years of proven sales experience in selling enterprise software and service solutions to senior-level executives, with a preference for experience in Financial Services or Insurance.
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently surpassing quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Expertise in positioning and selling solutions that align with customers strategic objectives, while understanding their underlying operational needs.
  • Strong preference for experience with RPA, ECM, BPM, ERP, or Document Management technologies.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to successfully close deals through effective negotiation and deal management.
