CLIENT SUMMARY

Our client is a young (about 12 years old) AI SaaS company, listed in Tokyo Stock Exchange. They provide One-stop AI solutions to help customers grow their business from acquisition, engagement to conversion and unlock new possibilities with prediction.
 

RESPONSIBILITIES

The
 Solutions Sales Manager, Indonesia is responsible for selling and up-selling the company enterprise suite of products to both new and existing clients.

  • Start out as an individual contributor, building up the Indonesia  business and grow and lead a sales team, responsible for the country quota and individual quota (Hybrid Role)
  • Self-managing the entire sales process from prospecting, qualification to negotiation and closure;
  • Able to evangelise and sell The company enterprise solutions to prospective customers independently, having solid ability to manage the entire deal process from prospecting, qualification to negotiation and closure;
  • Able to provide direction and guidance to junior team members on deal progression to closure with established sales methodology(e.g. MEDDIC)
  • Build The Company market presence in Indonesia business ecosystem

REQUIREMENT

  • Must be able to communicate in English and Bahasa Indonesia both verbally and in writing
  • Self-motivated, able to adapt to an ambiguous, fast paced startup environment
  • Minimum 7-10 years of enterprise software sales experience; ideally SaaS based offerings in Analytics, DMP or Marketing systems
  • Track record of exceeding quota as an individual contributor is a must
  • Established senior level client contacts in Indonesia
  • Ability to communicate technical and business concepts effectively to customer mid/senior management as well as C-level executives

GOOD TO HAVE
  • Professional knowledge of terminology, trends and concepts of Data and AI products.
