MEET THE TEAM
Describe yourself in 3 words
Tolerant, persistent and fair.
What has been the hardest business decision you’ve had to make?
I had to fold up my business last year and I really missed my supportive staff as well as regular customers who have become friends.
What are the most memorable moments in your career?
I closed a deal selling 30 golf memberships worth a total of $750,000 during a gala dinner. My manager then was really surprised that I could clinch the sales in less than an hour. I also negotiated and secured over a million dollars worth of sponsorship which was unprecedented in my ex-company.
How is Progression different?
We connect great people with great companies.
What do you think is a really important part of your job?
I have learned to be attentive, to listen and to engage. The exchanges of different viewpoints really broaden my understanding of human behaviour and motivation. It is extremely fulfilling to be able to help people achieve their personal and career goals.
What do you think is your strength?
I go through great lengths to understand my client’s corporate culture and recruitment needs so that I can hone in on the best candidate for a perfect match.
What do you like the most about your job?
I get to help people achieve their personal and career goals. Also, meeting people is a lot of fun! There is never a boring moment.
What do you do to relax?
When I am not working on my work assignments, I like to go for long walks. I also cherish time spent with my family.
