Optimistic, cheerful and forgiving.

If Satan came round to haggle a price for your soul, what would it be?

S$10 Million Dollars!

What has been the most memorable moment in your career?

Giving a talk as Recruitment Manager for L’Oreal to students in the local universities regarding the international L’Oreal Brandstorm competition. I felt good being able to encourage and influence the students to use their creativity for an interesting marketing competition and I was proud to represent a beauty brand like L’Oreal.

If you are looking into a crystal ball for the year 2020, what would Progression look like to the world?

Progression would be the go-to retainer search firm for clients and candidates for senior management placements and have the most exciting names as clients. It would also have the biggest database of committed candidates in
the industry and would be associated with having the best in depth understanding of the market space, whom clients even turn to for advice when talent planning. That our turnaround time for candidates submission is excellent and
we have the best to date recruitment tools.

It would also have achieved projects for major clients for their senior leadership roles and top management placements.

What do you enjoy the most in your job at Progression?

I get to work with great colleagues and clients in an exciting niche market segment that allows me to have a much better focus on the type of clients and candidates I interact with. Being a search partner to Technology clients also means I am always talking and learning about the latest technologies in the market space. The company truly believe in investing for the employees– may it be procuring the right and best recruiting tools, sharing best practices, sharing candidates among the team, spending time to train and educate.

So what do you when you are not working?

Spending quality time with my 2 daughters aged 7 and 13, catching up on my favourite K-dramas or having some well-deserved retail therapy in Orchard Road!
