RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to the Group CTO, the Head of Digital Products & Platform Transformation is a senior strategic leader responsible for shaping and executing the digital product and platform strategy. You will lead the end-to-end lifecycle of digital products — from concept and design through development, launch, and commercial adoption — while transforming internal technology capabilities into scalable, revenue-generating platforms across APAC.
This role requires a proven track record in product-led transformation, SaaS platform development, enterprise architecture, and leading cross-functional teams across multiple geographies. You will work closely with transformation, commercial, and country leadership teams to understand market opportunities and customer needs, and convert them into differentiated digital solutions.
Product Strategy & Delivery
Define and own the multi-year digital product roadmap aligned with the Group CTO technology vision and enterprise strategy
Lead product, engineering, and platform teams to deliver secure, scalable, high-quality products across B2B, B2B2C, and data-driven offerings
Establish modern product development practices, including Agile, DevSecOps, CI/CD, and engineering best practices
Identify opportunities to commercialize internal platforms and services into SaaS-like, revenue-generating offerings
Own product performance metrics and financial accountability where applicable
Platform Modernization & Intelligent Automation
Transform legacy systems and internal platforms into modern, cloud-native, multi-tenant digital products
Build and scale a unified data and platform architecture that supports clinics, TPA, and healthcare services across APAC
Implement data virtualization, workflow automation, AI and ML to enable predictive insights such as risk scoring, fraud detection, and proactive patient care
Drive automation across claims, TPA and operational workflows to improve accuracy, reduce cost, and enhance customer experience
Champion a product-centric culture within technology and business teams
Secure & Compliant Delivery
Partner with the Head of Transformation Programs to translate business needs into executable product delivery plans
Oversee solution design, engineering execution, quality assurance, and continuous deployment
Ensure digital platforms support telehealth, patient engagement, operational efficiency, and measurable adoption outcomes
Maintain strong governance, architectural alignment, security-by-design, and compliance with local health data regulations across all markets
Stakeholder & Leadership Engagement
Act as a key contributor within enterprise architecture governance
Build trusted relationships with regional leadership and internal IT teams to align standards and practices across the Group
Clearly communicate product strategy, value, and roadmap to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
REQUIREMENTS
10-15 years of experience in digital product leadership, SaaS platform development, or large-scale IT transformation
Proven success modernizing legacy systems into cloud-native platforms
Strong experience in enterprise architecture (e.g., TOGAF) and large transformation programs
Deep technical expertise across cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), API-first design, multi-tenant architecture, and DevSecOps/CI/CD
Experience leading global or regional cross-functional teams
Strong commercial acumen, with experience managing product economics and technology risk
Excellent stakeholder communication and the ability to influence at executive level
Experience in healthcare, insurance, fintech, or other regulated industries is highly advantageous
