CLIENT SUMMARY
Our client is a global cloud-based software and services company. They provide secured collaboration platforms for many organizations - serving global video, internet, communications providers and many more industries.
We are seeking an experienced Corporate Systems Administrator to join our IT department. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience working with Office 365, macOS, Windows, Azure, SharePoint, OKTA, Intune, JAMF, Jira and Confluence along with excellent troubleshooting skills. This role supports our users across multiple products.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Laptop support for Mac and Desktop
Support internal systems, including Office 365, Windows, Azure, SharePoint, OKTA, Intune, JAMF, Jira and Confluence.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues across various platforms.
Monitor system performance and ensure the smooth deployment of new applications.
Train new system users and set up their accounts.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for systems, processes, and procedures.
Participate in strategic projects and provide technical support as needed.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-6 years of experience in system administration and IT technical support.
Experience with Office 365, Windows, Azure, SharePoint, OKTA, Intune, JAMF, Jira and Confluence.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and team management abilities.
Knowledge of system security techniques and best practices.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified, Jira and Confluence Admin experience a plus)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
