Our Client is seeking a proactive Inside Channel Manager (ICM) to focus on the development of channel partners and resellers within a defined region. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the Company portfolio of video management software and network video appliances.
As a key contributor to a dynamic international team, you will help execute a scalable and cost-effective partner development process to expand the reseller network, boost year-over-year revenue, and accelerate the success of newly signed partners.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and manage a network of regional channel partners in collaboration with sales leadership
- Drive growth in the Company video management software and network video appliance sales
- Support onboarding and continuous development of new and existing reseller partners
- Conduct live software demonstrations and lead engaging webinars for resellers and end customers
- Maintain regular phone communication with key partners to support their sales pipeline
- Document interactions and manage opportunities using Salesforce CRM
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports
- Strategically align with field sales teams and partners to maximize regional revenue
- Travel to your assigned region on a quarterly basis
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in inside sales and channel partner management
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Strong working knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Self-driven with a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to exercise discretion and sound judgment
- Willingness and ability to travel as needed
GOOD TO HAVE
- Experience in the security or video surveillance industry
- Technical aptitude or familiarity with video management systems
- Multilingual skills or experience working with international teams
- Previous experience delivering remote product demonstrations and webinars
