CLIENT SUMMARY

Our client is a young (about 12 years old) AI SaaS company, listed in Tokyo Stock Exchange. They provide One-stop AI solutions to help customers grow their business from acquisition, engagement to conversion and unlock new possibilities with prediction.
 

RESPONSIBILITIES
 

  • The Enterprise Solution Sales Manager is responsible for selling the company enterprise suite of products.
  • Become an expert of our globally proven product suite and provide complete guidance upon using technology in digital marketing journey delivery by providing standard and customized presentations to clients
  • Actively engage with clients mid/senior management as well as C-level executives to develop trust and credibility to grow their business with the company enterprise solutions.
  • Self-managing the entire process from prospecting, qualification to negotiation and closure
  • Formulate and expand solutions to generate additional product or service attachments and up sell revenue
  • Build local business ecosystem for the company enterprise business.
  • Work with other departments to create and finalize contracts and set integration schedules for products and services
  • Follows up with customers to track satisfaction levels and to discover additional revenue opportunities.

 

REQUIREMENT

  • Min. 3 years of enterprise software sales experience; ideally SaaS based offerings in Marketing systems, Chat, Analytics, or CDP. 
  • Ability to communicate technical and business concepts effectively to customer’s mid/senior management as well as C-level executives
  • Self-motivated, able to adapt to an ambiguous, fast paced sales environment
  • A proven track record of driving and closing enterprise deals.
  • Knowledge of Korea enterprise software ecosystem
  • Crisp oral and written communications in English and Korean
  • A bachelor’s Degree preferred
