We are looking for experienced, competitive, self-motivated associate Account Executives to join our growing team in Australia.
Your main responsibilities will include but not limited to;
Lead Generation Account Management of a C1 & C2 territory Opportunity qualification and discovery at both Prospect and Customer Accounts
Sales Materials preparation
Lead opportunity plans in CRM, constantly updating and refreshing accounts
Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers and contacts in an assigned territory
Execution against the client’s prescribed sales methodology (MicroSelling)
Leading sales calls over the phone, online and in-person
Participation in quarterly territory calls with sales management
Bachelor degree or equivalent business experience
At least 5 years of experience selling enterprise software, education, or services preferred
Experience with selling Analytics or Business Intelligence required
High energy level, high levels of social perceptiveness and customer service
Have good FSI business domain knowledge.
Proven track record of consistently exceeding corporate objectives and quotas. Significant track record of quota over-achievement versus peers
Successful experience at new account development or large account management
High energy individual to go after new accounts
Proven prospecting and sales cycle management skills
Experience and training in a value-based enterprise sales methodology (Solution Selling, Customer Centric Selling, etc)
Self-driven, motivated and results oriented
High levels of social perceptiveness and customer service
Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
Ability to present solutions across business unit, IT, and executive
Ability to lead negotiations and overcome objections for deal closure
High energy individual to find new partners and build strong partnerships
Experience dealing with the Public Sector
Experience managing Software sales cycles from start to finish
Attend marketing events and follow-up on leads from these events
Work directly with Senior Sales individuals to help expand current key accounts plus prospects
Work directly with our Marketing team to help coordinate events and make creative recommendations for future events
Attention to detail with good organizational capabilities.
Ability to prioritize with good time management skills
Excellent communication and formal presentation and/or writing skills in English
Self-motivated, pro-active, results-oriented professional with an ability to work with minimum direction
A relevant Degree OR equivalent work experience
Proficient user of Salesforce and other MS Office tools e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to present and negotiate as well as build rapport with customers and partners
An outgoing, personable, high energy and confident person with a strong will to succeed
Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment. An ability to relate business issues to IT initiatives
