Renewal Sales Manager, APAC

The Renewal Sales Manager leads a team to deliver customers a world class experience that is personal, straight forward, and consistent.

As part of the Sales Leadership team in APAC, you will drive the sales and renewal of expired software maintenance and support programs.

Your Responsibilities

  • Deliver on the team operational targets with regards to revenue,
  • Ensure the team is motivated, delivers on their goals, coach and mentor them.
  • Support high growth requirements and deliver continuous improvement in quality with faster resolutions.
  • Set up and drive business processes to explore optimization, automaton and building scalability.
  • Develop an efficient system to track activities and results, manage leads and campaign activities based on a long-term approach.
  • Work closely with colleagues to develop and improve internal systems that ensure high data quality.
  • Combine data insights and business acumen to pinpoint areas the team should focus efforts on.
  • Close collaboration with other APAC sales teams.


  • Ideally 5 to 10 years relevant experience in sales, renewal sales with a regional portfolio.
  • Strong sales mindset with prior experience in selling to partners as well as direct customers.
  • Able to build trusted relationships with customers, anticipate their needs and pro actively engage them to renew their software and support.
