Senior Sales Manager

Our Client is a US software vendor in Intelligent Automation space, combining Robotic Process Automation, digitization, Business Process Management, mobility & engagement and analytics.


  • Expand the company’s market share and contribute to achieving its aggressive sales targets in Specific regions
  • Identify and develop sales opportunities within Enterprise & SMB companies
  • Develop and execute aggressive sell-to and sell-through strategies
  • Articulate the value proposition of the digital solution to drive customer engagement and growth in the market
  • Build mid-level and executive level relationships and establish meetings with a broad array of end-users
  • Collaboration with internal teams to provide clients with a clear understanding of our competitive advantages and why customers should choose our solutions
  • Collaborate with channel partners to drive lead generation and assist in closing joint selling opportunities
  • Create account planning and proactively drive the opportunity to closure
  • Generate sales leads and close sales virtually
  • Host customers’ events and training virtually
  • Mobilize internal resources to ensure project goals and milestones are achieved
  • Manages and records all activity, forecast and pipeline in Salesforce
  • Remain informed and up to date on industry news, market and competitive activity
  • Willingness to travel (once it is safe to do so in the future)


  • Proven sales track record in consultative solution selling, business acumen and pricing negotiations
  • Experience building and maintaining effective long-term relationships with customers and partners
  • Experience selling software or solution deals at mid-level to senior level stakeholders
  • Proven track record of managing multiple accounts while exceeding customer expectations
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external relevant stakeholders virtually, socially, and physically
  • Territory planning and management skills
  • Effective problem-solving skills and an ability to present innovative solutions to customer needs
  • Good organizational and planning skills and an ability to set and manage priorities
  • Self-motivator with the ability to work independently and solve problems
