Responsibilities:

As a Reseller Sales Manager APAC in the APAC Sales region, you will be responsible for the enablement and motivation of our Reseller channel. Comfortable with collating and interpreting internal and external data, you will structure and influence our business to drive revenue and market share, define the most effective routes to market across our product portfolio and define our Channel investment strategy.

• Collaborate with the APAC Sales Leadership team to develop strategic plans to grow, manage and motivate our Resellers.
• Ensure that  growth revenue and gains market share through the development and execution of competitive strategies including but not limited to Reseller Enablement and Reseller Motivation
• Identify growth opportunities and be a champion of creating Reseller initiatives and launching and delivering those across APAC to accelerate revenue growth and grow market share.
• Work with regional revenue marketing and product marketing to create profitable demand stimulation programmes.
• Build out the Governance program to review and measure the success of our Reseller recruitment, development and management.

 

Requirements:
• 10+ years driving revenue and delivering programs in the Channel
• Experience of diving success in the evolving Channel in APAC
• Experience in the consultative, trusted advisor approach to selling
• Excellent communication skills – including English (working language), a second regional language would be beneficial
• Strong influencing and project management skills
• Excellent customer focus, creativity and adaptability
