What you will do...
Work closely with your sales and operations team in conceptualizing & executing various events i.e. round tables, discussions that focuses on having experts to share their knowledge with a specific group of clientele.
Prepare for such user-driven engagement events by researching, interviewing and engaging the right experts to be involved in the events.
Be responsible for producing, writing and curating all marketing, brand collateral & content related to these events.
You are an ideal candidate if ....
You have at least 6 years of working experience within a B2B editorial, conference or tradeshow producer, related media companies OR even working an MNC within a related scope.
(With these, you should have a solid foundation for a role like this to hit the ground running. And if you have current or prior experience in researching for and conceptualizing themes and topics for content-driven events, EVEN BETTER!)
You have a strong understanding and appreciation for the latest industry trends in order to conceptualize and run compelling themes, discussions topics and event experiences for the clients.
You are always curious about what kind of current and hot topics being discussed in the world and what will ultimately be relevant and interesting to your clients.
You have a passion for writing and have the proven experience in writing many news or marketing articles for clients/events. Copywriting and strong editing skills will be essential!
You have the confidence and flair for hosting and moderating small group discussions held together with one or more (panel) of experts.
You are someone with high IQ and EQ to effectively work well with or manage various groups of people from our panel experts, clients as well as internal stakeholders like sales and operations.
We'd like you to be familiar with running events and managing projects, able to juggle lots of balls, balancing learning with doing, and basically having fun!
