Our client, a global communications company seeks to power and develop useful business solutions for their customers’ audio and video communications and collaboration, resulting in more authentic and meaningful human connections. You will be a critical part of the APAC Sales Leadership team to lead a winning strategy in driving our Enterprise headset business across the APAC region. Grow market share by acquiring new customers, growing potential businesses and making sure key customers stay loyal to you.


Leading a team of regional strategic business development managers, you will be given the opportunity to develop and drive the strategic plan for and spearhead the Enterprise Headset business and ensure that the team has what it takes and does what it takes to

grow the enterprise market segment.


As a thought leader in the industry, you can understand and analyse the industry opportunities and challenges to formulate a winning strategy to evangelize the value of the client’s enterprise solutions and meet the customers needs better.


Internally you will collaborate very closely with sales and marketing to provide useful insights to fine tune and improve and build compelling channel offers. You will also work closely with the sales ops team to track and measure successes while identifying gaps.

Finally, you will be critical in partnering with the global sales and product teams to ensure successful roll up of customer roadmap requests and resolving customer interlocks.



To be successful, you should have a strong passion for the enterprise communications business, have a successful track record in Enterprise headset sales and/or a deep understanding of that market would be a distinct advantage. Knowledge of working with and building channel relationships and understand the two-tier fulfilment model. Innovative and results driven senior sales executive with 15+ years leadership experience in B2B technology environment.


Able to demonstrate leadership skills in terms of recruiting, retaining, mentoring, coaching and training the sales team as well as motivating and driving them towards success. A relationship builder who can effectively manage conflict, build clarity in all rapports, be sensitive to cultural differences and bring teams together to achieve a common goal. A strong collaborator who works well across functions, internally and externally.


Able to effect transformation of product and process in a competitive environment, be process-driven and use quantitative and analytical skills to drive sales growth, form strategy, create consistency, and execute on performance.


As a senior sales leader, able to be analytical in thinking, thrives on the use of data to drive decisions and can work successfully in a remote, globally distributed work environment.
