CLIENT SUMMARY 
Our client is a fast-growing, dynamic global company that has been developing unique analystics software for the utility and oil/gas industry. 
 

RESPONSIBILITIES

-Monitoring and maintaining our AWS cloud-hosted systems, including installation and upgrades of our proprietary software

-Responding to customer issues with our systems

-Providing a technical perspective to our Customer Experience team as they talk with new prospects

-Handling questions and requests about our software from our clients in the Asia-Pacific region, escalating as necessary

-Participating in monthly checkpoint meetings with customers in the region

-Performing diagnostic and proactive IT support when required

 

REQUIREMENTS

  •  3+ years of desktop support, server and/or network administration
  •  Familiarity Cloud provider services (e.g. AWS, Google Cloud, MS Azure)
  •  Experience support environment for browser or client-server applications, or enterprise
  • software application support
  •  Good knowledge and experience with databases (primarily Oracle)
  • Experience in proactive monitoring and log analysis
  •  Detailed orientated
  •  Good knowledge of security, authentication, and networking
  • Willingness to occasionally travel internationally as required (<5%)
