CLIENT SUMMARY
Our client is a global leader in intelligent automation and workflow solutions. The company is known for its innovative, AI-powered technology that helps businesses streamline processes and boost efficiency.

They are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Account Executive to join the team. In this role, you will be a key player in driving strategic enterprise sales for the company intelligent automation platform.

You will be responsible for crafting and closing high-impact deals within your designated territory, helping companies transform their business processes through the company unique combination of RPA, cognitive capture, and analytics.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own and manage the entire sales cycle within your designated territory.
  • Develop a robust sales pipeline that is at least four times your license quota.
  • Orchestrate and navigate complex sales cycles, engaging with C-suite executives and key decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with strategic partners to expand market reach and influence.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including lead generation, inside sales, and engineering, to develop and close new business.
  • Proactively identify and engage with new prospects, converting them into long-term clients and advocates.


REQUIREMENTS

  • 7-10 years of proven success in enterprise software sales.
  • A strong track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas.
  • Experience selling RPA, SaaS, or other automation solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a boardroom discussion and close complex deals.
  • A "hunter" mentality with a polished executive presence.
  • Proficiency in strategic sales methodologies.
  • A Bachelor degree is preferred, but we value your results and experience above all else.
