Develop and lead the ASEAN partner strategy, focusing on building scalable routes to market through local and global system integrators, hyperscalers, and resellers.
Drive revenue by increasing partner involvement throughout the sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals and managing renewals.
Build and manage senior relationships with key strategic partners, including cloud providers, data platform vendors, and consulting firms, while aligning joint go-to-market efforts.
Lead partner enablement efforts by equipping partners with the right tools, training, and support to effectively position and deliver the company solutions.
Plan and execute joint campaigns and field events to create pipeline and raise awareness across core industries and markets.
Work closely with internal teams to align goals, track shared KPIs, and execute strategies that integrate partners into the broader business plan.
Represent the company at key industry events, executive meetings, and regional conferences.
REQUIREMENTS
Solid experience in partnerships, channel development, channel sales, or ecosystem strategy within the ASEAN region, ideally based in Singapore and well-versed in the local market landscape.
A track record of successfully managing regional/ASEAN partnerships with major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud),and local or global system integrators.
Proven ability to drive partner-sourced revenue and scale channel models across different markets.
Minimum of 5 years in channel sales or partner development roles.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to work with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with enterprise software, AI/ML, data platforms, or cloud technologies.
