They are seeking an experienced Senior Executive in the System Integration Environment to lead our Sales teams across the APJ. The ideal candidate is an energetic, passionate, and convincing professional who is able to balance the vital importance of family and work. This role is critical to providing guidance and relevant management experience to businesses and teams in the APJ region. The successful candidate will leverage their extensive insight and experience to shape success for both customers and sales teams.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee profit and loss (P&L) responsibility for the Asia-Pacific Japan (APJ) region.
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and meet business objectives.
  • Lead and manage sales teams across the APJ region, ensuring strategic alignment and high performance.
  • Provide expert guidance to C-level executives on sales effectiveness and transformational initiatives.
  • Collaborate with customers and internal teams across diverse markets, including Hong Kong, Japan, Southeast Asia, and ANZ.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations to ensure a seamless, customer-centric experience.
  • Implement customer success strategies to enhance satisfaction, retention, and long-term value.
  • Represent the company in strategic engagements with C-level stakeholders and key industry influencers.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Senior sales leader with more than 10 years of leadership experience in the IT industry, particularly in the IT managed services sector. Proven expertise in sales management, go-to-market (GTM) strategy consulting, and business development.
  • Extensive background working with global system integrators and consulting firms across the Asia-Pacific region.
  • Strong track record in acquiring new logos and expanding existing accounts, with a strategic focus on GTM execution for managed services.
  • Fluent in English, with proficiency in an additional Asian language considered a strong advantage. Demonstrated success in managing major accounts and leading regional sales initiatives.
  • A Bachelor degree in Computer Science and Applied Mathematics is preferred.
