  • End-to-end ownership of the proposal’s technical response to the client for timely submission.
  • Anchoring technical responses to proactive (proposals) as well as reactive (RFP/RFI) bids for timely submission. This presales activity can pick up along the way.
  • Manage big project documentation and process.
  • Add on as a consultant and relationship building to listen to clients’ needs, give solution to what the government needs as government accounts has no cold call or salesy engagement before tender.
  • Handle all level stakeholders, can bring team to work together, working hand in hand.
  • Meticulous combing of tender terms and conditions for technological aspects, highlighting clauses that are risky to comply, suggesting appropriate Statement of Compliance responses.
  • Plan, Design / Architect and verify solutions including accurate scoping of services effort (with underlying assumptions), leveraging industry best practices and standards.
  • Populate respective assumptions behind Agile User Stories of tender.
  • Effectively coordinate with stakeholders to design a solution response.
  • Deliver presentations and demonstrations internally and externally on all relevant software solutions recommended to customer.
  • Ensure smooth transition of customer requirement & solution from presales team to implementation team.

  • At least a diploma in Information Technology/Computer Science
  • Must have at least software development and implementation project management experience and skills.
  • Have a good understanding of End-to-End sales life cycle.
  • Have track record of successful delivery, looking for practitioners.
    • Project manage, technical solutioning successful implementation of large-scale projects especially on the customisation, scope of work, time line and resources and skillset.
    • Understand and experienced in PM day to day delivery, know what practices & SOP to adopt and hands on managing bigger projects.
  • Have experience delivering projects being the main point of contact, steering committee.Quick on your feet, quick thinking. Respond to any answers.
  • Preferably 4 to 6 years of relevant (Pre-Sales) software solutioning experience in an IT services company
  • Successfully delivered a software solution for Government Agency of $5 million and above as a solution architect or technical lead, with healthy profit margin.
    • Example: know what it takes to deliver also know at this level need x team of y calibre – cost needed to deliver a project well can articulate and implement. 1.5 years total cost is 1M
  • Possess experience delivering software solution using Agile methodology.
  • Good understanding of the IT Services landscape

  • Experience in responding to RFP, and other Presales activities.
