It's a new year which means new beginnings and new goals. We will turn 11 this year, which also means it's a new decade for us. But before we start aiming for more incredible things, let's see how we did for 2021.

Last year we sent 1,268 InMails on LinkedIn to connect, to pitch a career opportunity, to get good referrals on top of our 28k database. We reached out because we find potential in your profiles where there’s a high likelihood we can connect you with great opportunities.

We interviewed 513 people who shared their career aspirations with us. While we cannot find a perfect role for all of them, we are 513 richer in connections, and we are all for it.

Of all the candidates we have spoken to, and CVs submitted to our clients, 361 were shortlisted for client interviews. That’s 361 unique bridges we formed for clients and candidates.

Our clients interviewed a large majority of our candidates - a shortlist rate of 62% meaning clients really cut a lot of time with our already curated list of talent.

In 2021, we did 40 placements. We were short of what we targeted at the start of the year but still not too bad. We managed to pull through, considering we live in a time of a pandemic and with lockdowns affecting everyone. A win is still a win.

We hired two new team members, and we ended 2021 with a team of eight recruiters.
