RESPONSIBILITIES You will play a pivotal role in expanding our footprint in Thailand by guiding customers through strategy, adoption, and value realisation—working closely with both client stakeholders and internal teams. Success in this role requires strong commercial acumen, the ability to influence senior decision-makers, and fluency in Thai to build trusted, long-term relationships that drive growth and customer success.
Drive new business acquisition and expand presence within mid-market (Commercial) accounts across Thailand.
Partner with marketing, HR, and business leaders to position tailored Experience Management solutions aligned to client goals.
Build, manage, and nurture trusted relationships with senior executives and key stakeholders.
Develop and execute account plans including demand generation, power mapping, and closing strategies.
Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting through negotiation and closing.
Collaborate with internal teams (customer success, solutions consultants, sales operations) to craft competitive win strategies, proposals, and pricing models.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the platform, AI capabilities, and competitive landscape relevant to the Thai market.
Adapt sales strategies to evolving market conditions and client needs.
Meet or exceed quota targets and contribute actively to sales planning and pipeline reviews.
REQUIREMENTS
5–7 years of experience in SaaS or technology sales within mid-market / commercial segments.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and building strong pipelines.
Demonstrated success selling solutions into Marketing, HR, or related business functions.
Fluent in Thai and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both.
Experience managing full sales cycles from prospecting to closing.
Strong negotiation and stakeholder influence skills.
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt sales approaches to dynamic market conditions.
Experience collaborating cross-functionally to close complex deals.
