RESPONSIBILITIES
This role focuses on helping large enterprises in Malaysia accelerate their experience management maturity and close critical customer and employee experience gaps. The position partners directly with senior stakeholders to translate experience data into measurable business outcomes, while expanding our company footprint in the Malaysian market.
Acquire and grow enterprise client relationships across Malaysia by selling an industry-leading Experience Management SaaS platform.
Engage marketing, research, and HR leaders to position tailored solutions aligned with business challenges.
Build, manage, and nurture trusted relationships with senior executives and key stakeholders.
Deliver compelling sales presentations and lead effective target account selling activities, including prospecting and closing.
Guide customers through strategy, solution adoption, and value realisation.
Collaborate with marketing on demand generation initiatives and coordinate technical engagements to support deal closure.
Stay informed on competitive trends and market dynamics to develop winning proposals and pricing strategies.
Manage pipeline, forecasts, and sales process discipline using Salesforce.com.
Meet or exceed quota targets and participate actively in sales planning and status meetings.
REQUIREMENTS
10+ years of experience in enterprise technology sales, ideally within SaaS.
Proven ability to sell complex solutions to senior decision-makers in large enterprise organisations.
Extensive experience engaging the Malaysian (Malay) market with a strong understanding of the local enterprise landscape.
Demonstrated success in new client acquisition, complex deal negotiation, and executive-level closings.
Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to establish credibility and trust at senior levels.
Resilient, competitive, and comfortable with cold calling and prospecting.
Proficiency in Salesforce.com and disciplined sales process management.
Experience in MarTech or HR Tech environments is highly desirable.
Bahasa Malaysia language skills are an advantage but not mandatory.
