CLIENT SUMMARY
Our client is a recognized global leader in cybersecurity where their market leading cloud-native platform modern security coupled with the world’s most advanced AI-native platform, offers unparalleled protection against the most sophisticated cyberattacks.

We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to support business growth across key enterprise accounts in Indonesia. In this role, you will focus on developing new opportunities while strengthening and expanding existing customer relationships. You will represent their solutions and position them as a trusted partner within your territory.

To meet and exceed your sales targets, you will manage the full sales cycle from identifying prospects to delivering compelling proposals in collaboration with the necessary internal teams. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure those needs are addressed effectively.

The ideal candidate brings strong energy, commercial drive, and the ability to uncover new opportunities within a portfolio of accounts. You should be skilled at building rapport quickly and at leveraging internal resources to create long-term value. Individuals with established networks in cybersecurity or enterprise technology are encouraged to apply.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, working both independently and with internal teams to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

  • Source and qualify new opportunities while cultivating relationships with stakeholders up to senior executive levels.

  • Develop a strong network within customer organizations and influence key decision-makers.

  • Represent (the client) professionally within assigned accounts and promote their solutions effectively.

  • Grow business across existing and new accounts by engaging the right stakeholders and identifying expansion areas.

  • Create and maintain account strategies, including development plans and objectives for each assigned account.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and guide virtual resources to advance and close deals.

Requirements
  • Demonstrated success selling advanced technology solutions to major enterprise customers in Indonesia across sectors such as SOEs, financial services, telecommunications, and large corporate groups.

  • Experience managing and structuring complex, high-value deals.

  • Skilled in expanding business within existing accounts and developing relationships with senior stakeholders.

  • Confident engaging across multiple levels of an organization, including C-suite decision-makers.

  • Background in cybersecurity is an advantage.

  • Able to craft and deliver compelling value propositions.

  • Adept at identifying key influencers and navigating decision processes.

  • Proven success working toward and achieving enterprise-level sales targets.
