Our client is seeking a driven and self-motivated Mid-Market Channel Sales Specialist to lead strategic sales initiatives through our network of channel partners and DMRs. This role will focus on delivering transformative, intelligent document processing solutions that solve complex business challenges.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise software sales, a consultative approach, and the ability to orchestrate multi-stakeholder deals at the executive level.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities via channel partners within an assigned territory
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline—targeting 4X coverage of quota through strategic prospecting and partner enablement
  • Lead complex sales cycles involving VP and C-level executives at partner and customer organizations
  • Develop and strengthen strategic relationships with channel technology partners and DMRs
  • Collaborate closely with lead generation and sales engineering teams to align on go-to-market strategies
  • Execute field marketing initiatives to drive partner engagement and pipeline growth
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and deal qualification processes
  • Establish and maintain strong, referenceable relationships with both clients and partners

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding quarterly and annual sales quotas
  • Strong experience selling enterprise software, including Cloud and SaaS solutions
  • Demonstrated success in positioning solutions that align with customer strategic goals
  • Ability to influence and lead boardroom-level discussions with technical, financial, and business stakeholders
  • Advanced negotiation and deal management skills
  • Experience managing long, complex sales cycles and multi-party deals
  • Bachelor degree preferred
  • Willingness and ability to travel as needed
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
  • Experience in direct and channel selling, especially within intelligent automation solutions such as RPA, cognitive capture, and analytics
