RESPONSILBILITIES
The Sr. Sales Director will play a key role in driving the success of the Sales & Marketing team by identifying and securing new business opportunities, nurturing marketing leads, and managing a portfolio of new and existing accounts. This remote position offers the opportunity to impact a fast-paced, dynamic environment significantly. This is an individual contributor role with expertise in solution-based selling and a consultative sales approach.

Sales & Business Development
  • Identify and target high-potential enterprise accounts; drive new customer acquisition.
  • Lead the full sales cycle from discovery to close, including contract negotiation.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with customer needs and market trends.
  • Deliver tailored presentations and proposals; collaborate cross-functionally with product, pre-sales, and marketing.
  • Maintain an active pipeline and accurate CRM records; report on sales metrics and forecasts.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Client Growth & Retention
  • Cultivate long-term relationships and identify growth opportunities in key accounts.
  • Serve as the primary client contact through onboarding, launch, and growth phases.
  • Conduct regular meetings (virtual/in-person) to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Collaboration & Support
  • Work closely with technical, legal, finance, and customer success teams to support client needs.
  • Advocate for customer feedback to drive product enhancements.
  • Assist with support issues, account inquiries, and performance reporting as needed.
Market Expansion & Representation
  • Expand presence within target industries (TV Everywhere, Identity Management, OTT).
  • Represent company at industry events and conferences to build brand visibility.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 10+ years in strategic sales or business development, preferably in cable, satellite, OTT, or video tech.
  • Proven success in consultative selling, renewals, and upsells.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in Salesforce, HubSpot, and Microsoft Office.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and goal-oriented.
