RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, user requirements, and drive change management.
Be actively involved in technical requirements gathering and solution design.
Experience with SAP FICO Modules (GL/AP/AR/FA/CCA, etc.) with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Identity and Access Management (IAM) expertise is preferred, particularly for FICO functions.
Maintain comprehensive design specifications, documentation, and testing methodologies throughout the project lifecycle.
Provide application support and engage in various phases of the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
Oversee vendor management to ensure smooth project execution.
Handle SAP project design, testing, and training implementation to ensure successful delivery.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Accountancy, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in SAP FICO functional implementation and/or functional support.
Strong experience with SAP FICO modules (GL/AP/AR/FA/CCA, etc.) with troubleshooting and issue resolution skills.
Proficient in user access management for SAP FICO functions.
Hands-on experience in configuring SAP FICO functionalities
Familiar with Singapore statutory and payroll laws.
