We are currently looking for a HUNGRY and DYNAMIC Sales Manager who will be responsible for driving incremental and new business revenue for the assigned territory (commercial accounts) together with our Inside Sales and Partners in the market.

Reporting to the Country Managing Director of Singapore, your duties and responsibilities shall include the following;

  • Sell outcome driven Infrastructure Modernisation, and Data Management solutions to customers. TSM needs to understand customer business needs, develop and sell our client products, services & solutions through strong account management activities
  • TSM owns between 15-20 Focus Accounts for high touch engagement. TSM is supported by Inside Sales and Partners to cover the assigned territory. TSM will function as Virtual Sales Manager, in his/her sales territory beyond the focus accounts, to a set of Sales Reps from a set of focused partners & SI’s by driving a broader set of customer engagements.
  • Prospecting and lead management – drive a high volume of high value prospecting and business development activities, to include lead management, reach key decision makers/influencers (technical and business) inside pursuit accounts
  • Selling - drive account strategies and coordinate team selling efforts with inside sales, partners, and technical resources necessary to close business.
  • Develop & execute territory sales plan, focus account plans and opportunity close plans.
  • Build and strengthen the business relationship with current accounts and new customers.
  • Reporting - Managing forecast and updating activity plans inside Salesforce


  • Minimum 6+ years of successful selling experience in infrastructure, data storage, data management or other IT services
  • Subject matter expert in data storage, data management, data analytics and other IT services.
  • A minimum of 5 years of direct sales experiences specializing in new logo acquisition and/or new business development.
  • An avid hunter with a proven track record of sourcing new leads and leveraging social networking to gain access to decision-makers/influencers necessary to close business
  • Relationship and sell with experiences with top VARs and Integrators
  • Domain knowledge of large enterprise IT environments and corporate buying centers is critical
  • Demonstrate a consistent track record of achieving annual quota targets while providing specific details on key customer wins
  • Bring an established sales management process, experience in building and maintaining relationships with management and C level executives
  • A successful track record of managing and closing complex sales, using outcome and solution selling techniques
  • Possess a competitive spirit, strong work ethic and thrives in a fast pace, high growth and matrixed organizational environment.
  • Must be a proficient user of Salesforce and other MS Office tools.
  • Having a BA/BS degree or equivalent is desirable.
