Sales Development Associate, Partner Activation

Our client is one of the top vendor in Video Management Software globally. They are seeking an ambitious Sales Development Associate for the APAC team.
You will be responsible for the Channel Partner enablement, which includes meeting arrangements and educating partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for training targets, as well as the numbers of certifications and attendees, which includes training recruitment, certification expiration reminders, and follow-ups.
  • Responsible for increasing assigned partners' activities by making daily phone calls to assign partners to educate them on how to use the portals and help them comprehend the program.
  • Daily data entries in our CRM system, (Salesforce) to keep the records updated.
  • Weekly activity reporting

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Diploma preferable in Business or equivalent education.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce is an advantage
  • Prior experiences in Telemarketing
  • Competent in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) 
  • Able to communicate effectively at all levels, both verbal and written.
  • Customer management
  • Organize, detail, and process oriented.
  • Result-oriented.
  • Independent and team player.
