Our client is the global market leader for Open Platform IP Video for Security Survelliance. They are looking for a Dynamic Distribution Channel Manager to join the team! 

*You are to expand and grow the Distribution channel by managing a prioritized selection of My Client's distributors in the Asia Region.
*You  must be able to understand and Grow, Support and Develop the selected Distributors base, understand business needs and be a dedicated resource expanding and growing the Distributors business.
*You are also responsible for ensuring that Distribution Channel Management is structured, optimized and capable of facing the new and emerging System Integrators and regional Distributors and securing that designated resellers and Distributors
*You will ensured that they are enabled and motivated to increase the business by utilizing the tools and facilities that have been made available to them. 
*You are a travel enthusiast who enjoys meeting and working with people from all over the world. You enjoy a client facing role and the challenge of growing the business.
*You will manage and maximize the profit of the partner community, prioritizing the Distributors, but also aligning distributors and partners to improve collaboration.
*You will build a unique partnership to the Distributors and becoming a truly trustworthy business partner.

*You will develop Incentive programs to improve our Client's Mind Share within the Distribution Partner Sales forces.
*You will follow Pipeline projects / deals to completion in collaboration with the CBM Team.
* You will work closely with local Go-To-Market team.
*You will work with DCM regionally on go-to-market plans, helping the partners to understand the Channel Partner Program.


  • 10+ years’ experience in IT or Security Channel Management.
  • Experience from security and/or video surveillance and hardware is an advantage and would be preferred.
  • Fluency in English and local language(s).
  • Strong sales and communication skills.
  • Pleasant but decisive personality.
  • Self-propelling and result oriented.
  • Business manager attitude.
