They are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Enterprise AE to join their winning sales team, evangelize their solutions and close pivotal deals.

Responsibilities

You will successfully do your account and territory planning, identify and close net new & existing deals, anchoring quick, small wins while navigating through longer, complex sales deals - always prospecting to have a full pipeline that ensures their success. Engage, influence and sell to CIOs, IT executives, LOB executives, Program Managers, and other key stakeholders. Be able to evangelize the client’s solutions and utilize a solution approach to selling and creating value for them. Prioritize resources well, have all customer details documented in Salesforce, ensure their high level of satisfaction and ultimately exceed revenue targets.

Requirements

Someone with a proven sales track record of exceeding sales quotas, selling enterprise software and focused on enterprise big data or related segments. Strong passion for cloud technologies and field sales experience within big data, Cloud, or SaaS, hence ability to understand and articulate such intricate cloud technologies. If you have previously worked in an early stage company and know how to navigate and be successful in a startup environment, that would be advantageous.

You also have a keen nose for new opportunities and are sales savvy to close these net new accounts while maintaining and penetrating existing accounts. You can understand the customers pain points and long term vision, help them visualize how your innovative solutions can achieve what they want and be a persistent & tenacious sales person to pave the way and drive your deals to closure.

You have a strong passion and determination to win, the ability to work hard to achieve your goals. You are not only competitive and hungry for success but can also build empathy with prospects, clients and partners. Naturally inquisitive, and able to make inferences and logical deductions. Speaks persuasively, effectively, and concisely.
