Our client is a US Data Management vendor, their current vision is to help their customer manage data and scale with technology and get the most out of their data across IoT or analytics.
This leadership role will be managing and motivating his/her team to meet revenue expectations. Reporting to a visionary leader who runs ASEAN territory, he will be dealing with a manager who is willing to take in opinions and not micro-managing sales processes. Very passionate and visionary, the reporting boss has a reputation of pushing new grounds in a determined fashion especially if he feels it is the right direction to go.
The responsibilities of this leader includes
- Leading a team of direct reports like enterprise account managers as well as indirect resources from Channels and Presales. He/ She will be looking to turnaround the business to meet the sales figure in 2-3 quarters.
- Motivating and energizing the team to sell the company’s vision where they lead the space in their HCI portfolio in the cloud space where they partner tightly with AWS, Alibaba, Azure and Hua Wei.
- Able to position the team to offer advanced data management solution and services.
- Able to exercise direct and indirect contacts and relationships to move channels and end user engagement with senior stakeholders.
- Representing the company as the key media spokesperson for Singapore, exhibiting thought leadership in this space.
- Relevant technology sales leadership experiecne and skills in the Tech space.
- Government contacts an advantage but not critical.
