Our client, an established technology software company is looking to identify a HR Manager to over see all HR related matters within the company and ensure that they have the right HR processes and procedures to support the Company's growth.

Responsible for heading recruitment activities from advertising, working with agencies, screening, interviewing, recommendations to successful placements
Lead annual review of benefits policy and employee handbook, making amendments where needed according to corporate needs
Providing HR support and advice to business units in areas such as performance management, employee relations and engagement
Ensure all foreign employees have obtained the relevant work passes including renewals or appeals and that all Company and employee information are updated accurately with MOM
Ensure that HR adequately supports the deployment and execution of core and annual HR processes including: employee on-boarding and off-boarding
Maintain and ensure quality data management of employee records and information in the HRIS and personal files in accordance with Company policies, audit guidelines, local laws and regulations
Prepares HR reports including those required by Government bodies
Participates and assists with HR related functions and tasks
6 to 10 years relevant HR generalist experience with the maturity and confidence of interacting with senior stakeholders.
Experience in large volume of recruitment activities or previous working experience in recruitment firm an advantage
Great working attitude, independent, dynamic, fast paced and yet responsible, proactive and enjoy working with people
Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
