Client Summary                     

Our client is the technology provider to the healthcare industry.

As part of a newly created department, you will be the leader of a team in using design research or design thinking research methodology to probe, assess and evaluate behaviors of targeted groups of people and then translating that knowledge into meaningful information and systems design to improve programs.

This involves evaluating current operations, identifying specific business process improvements and realizing these improvements through process changes and as appropriate through the use of technology.

                                                                       

Responsibilities
Manage multiple stakeholders, workgroups and vendors and be responsible for the execution of successful business process improvement projects from initiation to completion.

Partner with stakeholders in framing key business requirements and design challenges.

Lead a team to collaborate with beneficiaries and other stakeholders to co-create desired system/software and non-software experiences.

Clearly communicate research findings with a strategic voice, with prioritized recommendations and potential design solutions to developers, designers, and project sponsors, through visually compelling presentations.

Lead the cost benefits analysis of the proposed changes.

Develop conclusions and strategic recommendations, prepare and present proposals to stakeholders.

Build competencies in the areas of management consulting, client delivery, and project management while mentoring and transferring knowledge to other team members.

Requirements

At least 10 to 15 years of relevant hands on experience in project management of business process re-engineering preferred.

Experience with business process modeling, industry methods for process improvement, organization design, or performance optimization in healthcare or government related businesses are added advantages.

Confident in interacting with senior business partners, executives and their teams and a successful track record of working collaboratively with teams.

Outstanding written and oral communication skills and able to prioritize and handle multiple on-going projects and assignments.

Lean Six Sigma or BPMN Certification is beneficial.
