Our client is one of the largest Singaporean System Integrator and they are looking for a VP of Presales Solutions to be responsible for the charting the pre-sales consulting direction and business strategy and leading the technical expertise to support the sales team by developing and implementing competitive products and services applications and solutions.


Develop and execute pre-sales consulting selling strategies and identify opportunities for

process improvements and prioritize pre-sales solutions consulting resources based on broader team/company goals

Act as an interface between the sales organization and technical staff to resolve outstanding issues

Be the technical voice of sales to sales management, product management, support and Engineering and a subject matter expert on specific technical projects with customers

Coordinate with account management resources to make customer calls and presentations and participate in bid and walk-through meetings with the customers where required

Analyse plausible causes of unsuccessful bids and identify opportunities for improvement in future bids

Establish and maintain good partner relationships with latest technological developments within the industry in order to propose cost competitive solutions for the customers

Monitor utilization, activities, and expenses on the Pre-Sales Solutions Consulting team and ensures that the team is constantly acquiring new technology skills, as well as enhancing and growing their current skills

Manage the Contracts and Partnership Agreements, including an internal documentation system for filing and record keeping


Degree in Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent with good technical skills leadership and has led/managed a team before

10 years’ experience in the enterprise and government turn-key solutions, specifically security solutions for the public sector with a good understanding of the products and solutions in this space

Able to build good professional relationships, savvy in negotiation and can establish mutually win-win agreements with customers

Excellent presentation skills and able to communicate technical and business information to a varied audience

Good in strategic, conceptual and consultative selling

Organised, disciplined, works with a strong sense of urgency, is passionate, creative and a forward thinker
