Our client is a UK based MNC with close to 14,000 employees worldwide. They focus on assisting SMEs and enterprises with a range of easy to use business management software and services.
As part of the team growth, they want to identify a qualified HR Business Partner for Asia who will lead special projects, be a strategic and tactical advisor to the business and introduce or implement best practices in HR.
The ideal individual should have at least 10 years of relevant experience in the same HR Business Partner capacity, preferably working in an MNC with exposure to supporting SEA or Asia region.
You should be comfortable operating in a complex / matrix organisational structure, be able to easily build strong relationships with HR counterparts and businesses to ensure that the business’ HR needs are met.
Within a dynamic environment, be independent and resourceful in order to identify, analyze and solve problems and at the same time display a collaborative and consultative approach.
Prior experience in leading significant change initiatives and a good understanding of local manpower regulations would be highly preferred
