Country Sales Manager Japan
 

Our client is a multinational European company and one of the key leaders providing imagery software and security solutions for all segments of the enterprise and public infrastructure markets.

They wish to identify a capable Country Sales Manager who has a good knowledge of the Japan market to focus on building their business and profitability by actively driving sales and business development activities, meeting with new prospects and key decision makers, maintaining a healthy sales pipeline and establishing key partnerships with channel partners, resellers etc and GTM successfully together.

Currently they do have some businesses in Japan but they know they can do so much more as their product is widely known to be an excellent one!

We are looking for ….

  • A hands on sales leader who works closely with their own team to make sure the business and sales operations are run smoothly and profitability.
  • Someone who has strong connections with partners and customers in the Japan market across verticals.
  • A strong ability to pitch the value of their product to customers and provide the best service to them. (You may not be familiar with our client’s products but as long as you are tech savvy, smart to pick up new things, you should be able to understand them in no time!)
  • Someone who likes to be in the driver seat and has a high degree of responsibility and accountability to the team and the senior management.
  • An encouraging and inspirational leader who motivates their team to achieve better results.
  • Someone who engages well with all the influential stakeholders but yet knows how to maneuver around them.
  • Someone who has worked in a multinational, multicultural environment and who can speak fluently in English as well as in Japanese!
