Our client is a global leader in business sustainability ratings. They are looking for an outgoing, driven and experienced Regional Sales Director to join their APAC team.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement sales strategy
  • Set targets, performance plans and objective standards for the company and individual sales team in the region
  • Optimize sales processes and ensure that the team uses tools, such as Salesforce
  • Lead and coach an international sales team and mentor Sales Development Representatives
  • Review performance, progress, and targets
  • Recruit, select, onboard, and train new sales and SDR
  • Reports on progress and issues to Management

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Experienced in managing Sales team in SaaS environment
  • Ability to lead and coach
  • Ability to develop successful and long-term business opportunities and relationships
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills
  • Experience in operating in a start-up and innovative environment
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical skills to identify trends and patterns
