Describe yourself in 3 words

Honest, curious and personable.

What were you like as a child?

I was a restless child, always looking for adventures. I was 5 yrs old when I instigated my classmates to go on a public bus trip to a nearby shopping mall and asked them to hide after the school bell rang because we panicked. Luckily the principal found our hiding spot and recovered all of us.

What sort of values do you think reflects Progression?

Inquisitivity, integrity and alot of heart.

What is the very first thing you notice about a person in an interview?

Their smile.

What is the most common grouse about seekers that you hear from your clients?

Verbal diarrhea - candidates who talk non stop and didnt listen.

What are the most memorable moments in your career?

When my clients and candidates become my friends for life. I remembered there was once when my client gave me his entire budget to plan, including how much to give my competitors.

How is Progression different?

On going training and learning is a very big focus in our company, the aim of constant improvement professionally and personally. 

What do you think is a really important part of your job?

I see it as a role of a matchmaker and making sure both parties come to happy marriage, which is not an easy thing with so many moving considerations.

What do you think is your strength?

What do you like the most about your job?

Discovery! Learning new stuff about a client, a candidate, the tech space, the different aspects of a role.

What are you up to during your free time?

Watching movies and trying to catch up on sleep.
