Here at Progression, Beverly strives to develop her data and business analysis skills along with kicking ass as a people connector and consultant. Aside from her ninja skills in a hybrid role, she busies herself with her social and advocacy work in areas of migrant worker rights and education and the occasional bake off sessions and aqua zumba to keep sane.

What has been your most memorable moment in your career and why.
Well, I learnt this the hard way and it has stuck with me, that I should never assume what your client or candidate is thinking or doing.
Just ask questions and be clear so as to gather information to understand what is going on and what needs to be done.

Their comfort level within a new space and how they begin the conversation and introduce themselves.

Not listening. Yes be prepared for interviews, but listen and respond in a way that shows you understand and are genuinely interested.
