What has been your most memorable moment in your career and why.

Well, I learnt this the hard way and it has stuck with me, that I should never assume what your client or candidate is thinking or doing.

Just ask questions and be clear so as to gather information to understand what is going on and what needs to be done.

Their comfort level within a new space and how they begin the conversation and introduce themselves.

Not listening. Yes be prepared for interviews, but listen and respond in a way that shows you understand and are genuinely interested.
