Our client is one of the leader in the CyberSecurity space over the past decade, serving Fortune 100 companies globally.


This role will be responsible for leading and driving all channel business in order to successfully grow the partner community and revenues in APJ, working with the global leadership team to refine and drive programmatic changes and efficiency in the various partner program.

This role is leading a team where they will work closely with the sales teams across APAC to identify, recruit, manage and maintain partners in APAC to grow revenue strategically.

Ideally, this individual should be able to demonstrate innovative approaches to market challenges in the cybersecurity space, expanding our partners’ capability to reach target markets while making sure they are operationally supported throughout the recruitments, onboarding, sales and program management processes, business and technical due diligence, pricing and contract negotiations to closure.

Channel management wise, this role works with team from sales, pre-sales and consulting services to achieve revenue quotas and successfully enable partners. This includes reviewing partner status, ensuring the continual strengthening of the partner community by adding new partners and mentoring or eliminating non-performing partners. She or He will work closely with sales team, legal and finance in order to structure deals within the set standards and guidelines for the channel business


  • 10+ years of successful software/technology solutions sales and account management experience to midsize and large companies across APJ
  • 5+ years of sales management across APJ
  • Good channel sales and operations background in technology, CyberSecurity exposure a bonus 
  • Intellectual horsepower - Has high intellect and demonstrates high levels of emotional intelligence in working with others both internally and externally
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work collaboratively internally and externally to obtain positive visibility and credibility quickly – a strong team player who contributes to overall success of our client
  • Strong problem solving skills – ability to tackle problems and views problems as challenges.
  • Ability to break down complex problems and provide viable solutions
  • Strong relationship building skills – adopts a collaborative style across the business and externally with customers and partners
  • High level of integrity and ethical approach and able to instil trust and a transparent way of doing business
  • Business acumen - Able to quickly understand the business and it’s issues; take ownership and develop and execute a solution
  • Mobility – 50% of travel time required
  • Experience in selling solutions and concepts to senior decision makers
