Our client is an international, UK company and one of the leading software applications provider.
They are seeking a Head of Mid Market/Enterprise Sales, you build a robust strategy with plans to lead the client’s engagement in the medium and enterprise customer segment and be responsible for growing their new customer acquisition sales in the country region; achieving revenue targets, growth and new customer numbers. Additionally, you will work closely with the VP of Customers for Life to development business opportunities.
To achieve this you will inspire your team to perform and exceed expectations, lead them to focus on local and global growth product sales, balance new customer acquisition growth and customer net promoter score through direct and indirect channels, manage forecast and pipeline, providing early feedback to marketing on quality and success rates of MQLs.
You will also manage the partner sales team to ensure that business partners are aligned in their efforts to achieve the objectives and the sales team are trained and aligned to the channels team as well.
