Our client is one of the largest cloud company in the world, growing their Asia presence at a phenomenal rate, leading the next paradigm shift in computing. They are looking to hire a world class Partner Development Manager, Singapore to lead and manage their partnerships with the leading systems integrators and technology partner firms in Singapore.

A primary responsibility of this role will be to define and execute a strategy for acquiring and managing a large number of partners across multiple verticals and categories. Your responsibilities will include driving executive and field relationships with the leading partners.

The ability to identify, prioritize and build relationships with the most strategic of these partners is essential. The right individual will need to focus on driving top line revenue growth and customer adoption through these partners. You will also work to ensure each partner chooses our client as the preferred platform for their customers.
 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Establishing and growing business and technical relationships, and managing the day-to-day interactions with these accounts
  • Responsible for driving top line revenue growth and overall end customer adoption across all market segments.
  • Possess both a business background that enables them engage at the CXO level, as well as a sales background that enables them to easily interact with enterprise customers and sales/field reps.
  • He/she should also have a demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges, with the ability to build and convey compelling value propositions.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 7+ years of sales, business development and program management experience
  • Consistently exceeds quota and key performance metrics
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and influence C-level executives
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross functional audiences
  • Work with existing partners field organizations to define and execute joint sales and go to market programs
  • Set a strategic business development plan for target markets and ensure it's in line with the team's strategic direction

  • Strong knowledge of MSFT products a bonus
  • Experience working within the enterprise software/hardware industry
