Our client

Our client is an international, UK company and one of the leading software applications provider.


They are seeking a Head of Mid Market/Enterprise Sales, you build a robust strategy with plans to lead the client’s engagement in the medium and enterprise customer segment and be responsible for growing their new customer acquisition sales in the country region; achieving revenue targets, growth and new customer numbers. Additionally, you will work closely with the VP of Customers for Life to development business opportunities.

To achieve this you will inspire your team to perform and exceed expectations, lead them to focus on local and global growth product sales, balance new customer acquisition growth and customer net promoter score through direct and indirect channels, manage forecast and pipeline, providing early feedback to marketing on quality and success rates of MQLs.

You will also manage the partner sales team to ensure that business partners are aligned in their efforts to achieve the objectives and the sales team are trained and aligned to the channels team as well.


  • You are a capable sales leader with a proven track record of success, especially in growing new customer acquisition revenues and volume, understand sales trends and able to assess MQL success rates or issues.
  • In managing both direct and indirect sales channels, you are experienced in the strategic engagement with customers and also working closely with partners and understand the business partner dynamics and motivations to achieve a win-win for all.
  • Possess a good understanding of working with partners across Asia especially in ASEAN and preferably from within the ERP space.
  • You are also experienced in solution selling and leading teams that include sales and presales.
  • You have worked within a matrix organization and collaborate well with multiple stakeholders and business partners to influence them to align efforts and achieve better performance.
  • You demonstrate strong team leadership; able to steer and motivate the team in the right direction to stay focused and committed to team goals.
