Your task is to develop and lead a team of highly qualified customer-facing experts to drive adoption of “Passport Services”
Charged with conducting daily operations for the Professional Services (PS) team, the Regional Director of Professional Services APAC helps in-country (Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Indonesia, Viet-Nam, Thailand, India, Australia and New-Zealand) sales and technical teams with go-to-market planning and execution processes, crafting services deals and then monitor and optimize the services delivered.
This person will coach our growing team of consultants and engineers and ensure that we continue to deliver outstanding services to our customers and partners
The Director will support the services scoping process by training consultants and pre-sales engineers to write SOWs and overseeing SOW review. To evolve the business, you will work with the Regional Directors, Group Director Services and the in-country Services Portfolio teams to incubate new service offerings, assist in implementing local structures and educate other teams about existing offerings and capabilities.
By collaborating with peers in other departments this person will ensure that knowledge gained by consultants in the field is brought into the organization in a constructive manner that informs the evolution of our products and service offerings. Objective is to ensure excellent Professional Services performance by making proactive change to our services practice, ensuring continued growth and alignment with customer needs.
