- Development of existing key account in the Enterprise industry and Identification of new projects.
- Relationship management at all levels
- Managing and collaborating with headquarters to ensure customer satisfaction
- Product and solution presentations
- Forecasting and reporting
- Planning and organizing events in conjunction with channel partner
Good to Have
- 5-8 years of experience in account management and direct sales within IT industry and not more than 10 years of experience.
- Conceptual understanding of requirements and solutions
- Ability to solve critical issues in a timely manner
- Industries like manufacturing, Hi-Tech, FSI or any others.
- Cover any North China region.
- Familiar with delivering through partners.
- Strong in Chinese language.
- Advanced studies (degree), preferable IT related
- Knowledge of the security software industry and understanding of core customers’ security processes.
